Ring and Wrist Measurement Instructions
 
Here is an easy way to find your ring/wrist size. All you need is a sheet of paper, a pencil and a ruler!
  • Tear off a piece of paper and place it against your finger or your wrist;
  • Wrap the paper around your finger or your wrist and mark the spot where the paper overlaps with your pencil;
  • Measure the paper against the ruler and select the closest measurement (in centimeters);
  • Refer to the chart below to find your appropriate ring or watch size.
Should the chart below not include your desired size, please contact your Human Recourses Department to provide your size as needed.
